Catholic School Advisory Council

Our Catholic School Advisory Council provides parents, staff, and other community partners, the opportunity to have a positive influence on our Catholic identity, student achievement, and school climate. The St. Kateri Catholic School Council engages in valued planning and dialogue, in an advisory capacity, with our school Principal and the London District Catholic School Board in support of all of student's education.

Catholic School Advisory Councils are comprised of a dedicated team of parent representatives, a teacher, a non-teaching staff member, a community representative, a Parish representative, and the Principal.

Elections for our Council Executive take place each September and all families are notified as to when the voting will take place. We meet on seven occasions each school year and these meetings takes place at 6:30 p.m. in our school library during the months of September, October, November, January, February, April and May.

As a Catholic School Advisory Council member, you can help your council discover new and exciting ways to contribute to the growth and improvement of St. Kateri. Please consider attending a council meeting or becoming a part of our council and making a positive impact on your child's education. Your participation can make a difference!
